The product was delivered promptly within a week of placing the order. The assembly instructions was just a single page and very simple. Took just 30 minutes to assemble and did not need any extra tools.
The chair feels much better than the cheap 40$ chair I was using before, which was giving me back pains. My back definitely feels much more comfortable in this chair.

i've been sitting on this chair for four months. it brings back pain..
the biggest problem is you cannot control sitting part's incline of the chair.

This chair is very nice. Its comfy and durable. So far no real complaints, the only thing I may say is the padding could be more plush/have more of a sinking in feeling. But overall this chair is a great purchase.

This chair was purchased to replace an old, uncomfortable chair with no lumbar support. This chair is the exact opposite of the old chair. It is comfortable, great lumbar support, easy to put together, has all the right adjustments I need to make it fit perfectly. Only problem is it didn't come with instructions, which I think is the fault of the seller, and its really heavy. Other than that, it is a real high quality chair, I can sit in it for hours with no problems to my butt or lower back. Definitely recommend it.
