I recently purchased this extended height chair for my home office. The quality is great, which is why I chose a Safco chair. My only complaint would be that it is not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The bottom cushion could use more padding.

After several years of use (this is the best chair I've had), my seat fabric wore out and the foam inside started to come loose. I emailed Safco's customer service looking for a new seat. I got a response within 15 minutes, and within a half hour they had a brand new chair shipped out to me, under warranty, for free. OUTSTANDING. They have a customer for life.

I ordered this chair to use at a moderately high work surface. Since it's adjustable over a much wider range than a typical office chair it's perfect for my needs. It arrived quickly, was adequately packed, and assembled easily. The footrest is a definite benefit feature. Overall, a quality made piece. You can't go wrong with this!

I have a high worktable with my computer at one end. I spend approximately three hours per day seated, using my computer. I sat on a tall stool (with a cushion) for years. After undergoing treatments for sciatica pain, I followed my doctor's recommendation and spent some money on a better chair, and I should have done it a long time ago. I like this chair because it is strong, well-made, good-looking, glides smoothly over my carpet, has a nice footrest, and was a snap to assemble. It's comfortable... the tilting back is great. I feel this chair will serve me well for a long time. Highly recommended.

Good chair, firm cushion that won't give that much over time. Chair is solid. I am a big guy and the chair is holding up pretty good.
It has that quality build that really separates it from the [..] crap at staples and ikea.
I think the one i bought didn't have the arm rest, but the chair is solid.
Not cushy but utilitarian; would recommend to men.
