Missing parts July 12, 2010 Sarah (WAPAKONETA, OH, US) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This looks as though it would be a nice chair... However, I would not know because it was delivered with missing parts. I bought this chair as a gift for my husband; he got a new job and is working from home. The chair was delivered, and when he opened the box it was missing the middle lift section. We called the company and got a voice-mail system. What the heck!?!?! Such an inconvenience!!!!! When a customer orders a product they should feel confident that the company is competent enough to package their product correctly. Grrrrr!
DONT BUY , IT WILL BREAK February 4, 2010 Martin Cortes 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My first review in Amazon, yay! If I felt so strongly to write is because I want to save you your money. I am not sure why this chair listed here at $88 and I got it at Walmart fopr $50. Amazon always beats the competition but not sure what is going on here.
My review is simple. After about 2 months the cushion felt like cardboard (someone else pointed is out in here). But why this chair sucks is because IT BROKE WHEN I SAT ON IT. I weigh $160 lbs (man) so I am not big at all. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS JUNK.
It is O.K. December 26, 2009 M. Stevens (Tacoma WA USA) I own a couple of these chairs. Be very careful putting it together that you have the screws perfectly aligned, or else it will strip out the aluminum screw base. Since the arms hold the back of the chair to the base, this will cause the chair to become "Wobbly" if not firmly seated.
Once together, It will last at least a year of daily use before the padding is worn out. It is worth the $65 I paid for it.
Just ok December 21, 2009 Jenni Shelton (Grand Rapids, MI USA) I was expecting a larger chair for the price, but the chair is fine and comfortable. It does seem to have cheap parts, but still this is a good deal for a quality chair under $100.
Wheel Missing December 6, 2009 William Mcdowell 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
There was a wheel missing from this chair. The wheels were just rattling around in the box.
I called the 800 number listed on the instruction sheet 11/20/2009 and was promised a quick response. Here it is 12/6/09 and still no wheel. I will have to send this item back if the wheel doesn't arrive soon.
