I just got this chair today and I am impressed enough to write a review already.
The cushions are nice and thick.
The assembly was easy (took me approx 20 minutes and they provide everything you need).
The chair is sturdy.
It looks nice.
Rolls well.
And most importantly, my back already feels better!

I bought this chair as I have two herniated discs, so sitting in a regular chair causes shooting pains after about 20 minutes. In this regard, the chair has been great. I can now sit for much longer at my desk, whereas before I was standing with a table on top of my desk. The chair is a better quality than the picture makes it look. I was worried it would be very cheap in construction, but it's actually thicker and more stable than it appears.
With that said the drawbacks are not huge. One, it's pretty ugly. Having moved from an Eames office chair to this chair at my desk my wife informed me it will be put away when people come over. Second is the memory foam. As others have noted, it seems to be insufficiently dense for the knees. So after not so long sitting you'll find your knees pushing onto the metal (keep in mind, I'm 6" and 195lbs). Third is you really exchange the points of dis-comfort. Now I find my butt gets quickly sore.
All in all, best one I found on Amazon or otherwise and a great price compared to what I saw in the stores for 3x the price.

There are hundreds of these chairs for sale. It is hard to know which is best. I decided based on prior reviews. I can say I am not disappointed. For the price this chair is Very well made and it is helping me a great deal. TWO very bad discs awating surgery and this allows me to get in different positions and the lumbar extension is very pressure relieving on those bulging discs. I do recommend it for function and quality for the right price.

Considering the price, this chair is pretty comfortable. I have a feeling the padding will eventually give out, but for now it works for what I need.

I instantly felt a release of pressure on my spine. It was amazing. I anticipated the padding to be either stiff or would be uncomfortable during the humid time of year, but it wasn't. I am very happy with this product.
