Great chair for big people July 23, 2010 Dolamyt (Florida) This chair is great. It is very study, built for heavy duty, and is very easy to assemble. Moreover, it is very comfortable.
Great chair, great price, great delivery. July 17, 2010 Jamie Wroe (Florida, USA) The chair was delivered very fast. I had very little problem putting it together. As noted by some other reviews, you should not tighten everything up until you attach the arms. Cushions are firm but very comfortable. I believe they will last the test of time, unlike many other chairs I have purchased in the past. This chair seems incredibly sturdy and should also last the test of time. I agree with one of the other reviewers regarding the height of the seat back. I am only 5'8" and find it to be fine. However, I could see how a taller person might have a problem. Food for thought.
Overall the total Amazon/Shoplet experience has been great.
Excellent chair July 2, 2010 C. Strauss (New Orleans, LA.) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
A very heavy and sturdy chair. I weigh around 340 and I got tired of breaking pedestrian chairs over the years. I can lean back on this one and not have to worry. There is a tiny bit of play in the chair, but I wouldn't call it a "wobble." Nothing to worry about. For the chair to not have any play, I'm sure it would have to be quite a bit heavier and more expensive than it is. It's more than adequate.
Excellent chair... April 29, 2010 M. Orona (Whittier, California United States) I got my chair and couldn't be happier... It's comfortable and was VERY easy to assemble with what was provided in the box... I put it together myself in about 15 minutes with NO problems at all...
Excellent buy overall and very sturdy...
False Advertising April 27, 2010 S. krinsky (california) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you are going to advertise a chair with a certain weight limit, you shouldn't send chairs with lower weight limits as advertised, and then leave the buyer with one of two options, either 1-disassemble it after putting it together, buying a box because the box it was sent in was embarrassingly shoddy(though the chair was undamaged), and haul it to the post office, or 2-take it and feel abused everytime you sit in the chair hoping that it might break and the question for the court will be if i assumed the risk while i recover from a broken something. shameful.
